Returned items must comply with our strict company policies:

• Item must be returned unworn and in the original condition, In the garment bag with tags attached.
• We require all items to be tried on over undergarments.
• Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of recieving your parcel.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds can take between 4-8 business days to arrive in your account depending on your bank.
• Sale items are non-refundable, and can be exchanged only.
• Items purchased during a promotion can only be exchanged. No returns will be accepted in this occasion unless genuine faulty.
• Returns shipping costs are at the cost of the customer.
